Even though not all of these companies are brand new, they're companies you need to get acquainted with.

TOO FACED
This is a company that doesn't get enough credit. It seems just about every product on the roster is a miracle worker. Too Faced was started a few years ago and quickly grew to be a staple amongst Hollywood's Young and Fabulous. Jerrod and Jeremy designed the company to be as glamorous as every woman should be, durable and long lasting for the career gal, and fun and funky like the teen that's always going to be alive in all of us. Too Faced has been used on some famous TV sets, as well, such as: Will & Grace, Sex and The City, Felicity and more. When they decided to name this concelear "Magic Wand", they weren't kidding. It puts a lot of pressure on this cute little concelear that comes in a pen style tube with a brush applicator. To use it is to love it. It offers the best coverage we've ever seen for a day to day cover up, and is really soothing and feels great against that super delicate under eye skin.

Eye Shadow Duos
Too Faced makes the best eye shadow duo's we've seen in a LONG time. With super vibrant colors and stay put longevity, how can you go wrong? The price is right for these duos, even though at first there is a bit of sticker shock. They come in complimenting colors: one a crease color, and one a highlighter. Our fave combos? Zhen is a company that started in Ohio by Susan Yee. She felt the frustration early on in life when searching for cosmetics that would compliment her Asian skin with strong yellow undertones. Her sisters quickly lent their time to aid in the creation of a company that would soon be one of the leading cosmetics companies for Asian women across the country. While this cosmetics company was created by an Asian woman, and is intended for Asian women, we've found some gems in their line that work for everyone:

Toner for Normal Skin
This is a great toner for those of us with normal skin. Its alcohol free and really does a great job of cleaning out the pores and toning the skin without any harsh smells or burning. Use it daily and follow up with a good moisturizer. If you don't have normal skin, don't worry; Zhen has toners for dry and oily skin too.

Tinted Moisturizer w/SPF 15
This is a great way to get your recommended amount of sunscreen on your face daily while evening out your skin tone. It offers a nice amount of coverage, and a pretty sheen, moisturizes the skin and is light enough to not be limited to Asian skin.

Element Powder Blush
A powder blush in 5 different shades gives enough options that it will compliment just about anyone. You can get a bronzing sheen from Metal or a pretty rosy glow with Fire.

GIRLACTIK BEAUTY

Recently added to the Sephora roster, this soon to be well known company is a favorite among stars. Creator Galit's client list includes Ali Landry, Madonna, Carmen Electra and Alicia Keys, all of whom are totally addicted to the line's long lasting colors are great sparkling shadows. After trying some of the Girlactik line, we knew this was one up and coming company that's about the burst onto the scene.

Star Shadow
One of the most sought after qualities in an eye shadow is that it needs to be attention getting, long lasting and really versatile. The line of shadows from Girlactik meets all of those criteria. Satin is one of the top shades because it looks great on everyone.
