 West48 is an online only magazine based in Phoenix, Arizona. Our mission is to entertain and enlighten our readers with news on new beauty products, fashion trends, entertainment news and other interesting topics that help release some of the stress of everyday life. We also hope to inspire young women and men to follow their dreams and turn them into reality by profiling successful business owners and sharing their stories. We stay away from current events and news related topics, as we feel that reading West48 should be time away from the day to day life stresses that we can't seem to avoid. After being associated in the pre-teen world as CraZine, I have decided to take my concept to a new level. I wanted to reach a different audience, one that was more mature, and had more of an interest in what I have. And thus, West48 was born. West48 is geared towards women and men aged 16-26. We focus on beauty, health, celebrities, technology, fashion and more. We are based in Phoenix, Arizona. For as long as she can remember, she's been intrigued with magazines and writing. Having written her first full-length novel at a tender 13 years old, she has been praised for her writing skills throughout her career. Using her position at RedSeven Computer Company as a Creative Director, she has used the business skills she learned in this leadership position and turned her focus onto her longtime dream: to own, edit and operate a beauty and fashion magazine. Crystal is 23 years old and has 4 years experience with web design, optimization and graphic design. She has designed many catalogs, websites and business cards for prominent Arizona companies. She currently lives in Chandler, Arizona with her husband, Nick and her dog, Harley.
